    You could tell he was a little shocked. But he kept his cool and just told the guy he didn't think—even if the Yankees won the series—that it was very likely to play out that way. He talked a little more about it after the guy hung up and was respectful and professional about it, but he and Ross both clearly thought the prediction was a little crazy.

    Damn, goes to show how this year is so important. If we're going to win it all, we have to do it now while we still have everyone playing at a high level. The core will keep us relevant for sure, but you never know.

    That would mean the Yankees would likely defeat Keuchel twice and Verlander once, each on full rest. If they pull that off, more power to em.

    I am still trying to figure out how for real Aaron Judge is.

    Crazy good start, awful second half until the last month and now an awful 1-24 slump in the ALDS. Who are we getting this series?
