No, it just says that the team from Salt Lake City (Jazz) allegedly has an offer (that no one will be able to match), which they will present to him with the start of the free agency. .
Kawhi says hi? Also I would argue modern nba is the "true" form of basketball. You aren't supposed to touch the defender thats why there is the concept of fouls in bball. Handcheck being allowed before made everything confusing where does a handcheck end and a foul begin? When the guy goes for the shot and you slap his arm is that a handcheck or a foul? It allowed 80s/90s players to get a way with blatant **** like the pushoff Jordan got away with on the shot. If Harden was allowed to push off on every shot he'd score 50 a game.
"You can never have too many point guards" -- Mike D'antoni Not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, not six, not seven...
Ricky is still vaporware and not even Rubio 1.0, yet, per the hype Teodosic is older than Rubio, and has always been a better player. He just stayed in Europe.
If he has a second elite NBA skill, he'll make it. If all he can do is distribute... Ricky Rubio 2.0 indeed. Maybe he defends well, shoots well, rebounds, etc... just gotta have 2 NBA skills to make it these days. I look forward to watching more. It's certainly exciting to see that ball snap around. Fortunately for us we're going to see a lot of that with James and Chris this year.
In bbalbreakdown they show that he is a bad defender but he should be a better shooter than Rubio. He his 3s and floaters. Only prob now is he will have to score against bigger and more athletic players. He will probably adjust just fine. But hr won’t improve much on defense.
Milos!! what a passer. Did you guys see the behind the back to Bev last night? it ends up on an Deandre Alley oop
Notice you are also describing Lonzo Ball....man, his shot is broken. Have you seen his preseason highlights. He can score on fastbreaks and shoot floaters (like Teodosic), rest is a crap shoot. Doesn't mean he won't be better, as he's taller, and of course, younger. But for now, that shot is broke.
LaVar will fix it. He could LeBron in one on one today, so just fixing his boy's 19 year old mechanics is a piece of BBB cake. (I hope you're right... would love to see that smug fool fail and the lakers to continue mediocrity.)
People talking like they didn't see Milos score in his debut. How can you compare him to Rubio and say he only has one skill (Passing) when he clearly showed he has a nice floater and can shoot the 3. Clearly different to Rubio, however they have a very similar flashy passing style. Milos is the better scorer, Rubio is the better defender. Those are the differences.
Milos should become the better passer. Best passer International Milos plus Bev against best passer without TOs in the NBA Chris Paul! What a treat for fans!
Best passer in the world to me and way better shooter than Rubio (averaged ~39% on 3s these last three Euroleague seasons), also great ball-iq and always finds a creative way to score with floaters. Only issue is defense, but he can be switched on taller guys and will probably next to a defense first guy.
