What is the big deal about avocado toast??

It tastes really good but for dinner?? Like as your dinner?? Or a side??

I'll have it for breakfast but I usually fry an egg and put it on top so when I break into it it's all runny and warm and delicious. Even better you can top that with bacon.

 

I heard old people b**** about it more than I hear young people talk about it

im not sure what the outrage is. Ive been eating avocado and tomato on toasted wheat bread for lunch for a couple months now. I discovered it on my own trying to find a lunch that was filling but not leaving me feeling like I ate too much. Its very tasty. I didnt realize this was a new fad.

 

Avocado toast is old. Its all about vegetable butchers now.

I eat avocados everyday for breakfast. Wheat tortilla, scrambled egg, avocado, home made hot sauce, low fat cheese and turkey bacon. I think I'm addicted.

 

No, it sounds a hell of a lot better.

 

My favorite BLT has avocado on Texas toast.
