I think he has a point that even white kids holding BB guns or airsoft guns would garner a call to the cops.

I only say that because I’ve personally seen it happen to friends when I was younger. Not just once either, it happened a few different times. The cops never overreacted back then though.

What is truly “idiotic” though is placing the blame on “the parents” and the “kid” for not reacting properly. That is beyond idiotic. Kids get startled. They’re kids.

Refusing to acknowledge that preconceived stereotypes and bias played a major role is a sign of utter stupidity.

It’s just common sense. I feel bad for anyone who has to grasp at straws to not use that common sense.

When did BB guns become toys? They are guns that can cause serious harm.

What are you talking about? Lmao.

I just had a lengthy conversation about both religion and politics at work yesterday.

Next time my employer starts playing the national anthem at work, I’ll stay sitting just for you. But they’re not going to do that. So your point is moot.

Wow, you're having a really hard time grasping this. I talk about politics all the time at work, someone like you should probably refrain from doing so though given that you clearly have some mental instabilities.

Same here. WTF is this dude on about? We talk religion, politics and race at my office literally every day.

If the owner of my company ever decides to get paid by the DOD to play the National Anthem I'll sit just for Ipaman lol.

Why is ipaman such a triggered snowflake though?

That's exactly what I was going to say. Sure... next time there is a scheduled National Anthem ceremony during the workday I'll make sure to kneel at my desk just for IPAman.

FYI.... IPA's are gross. I love beer... hate IPAs.

To be fair, the new "BB guns" shoot plastic pellets, not the traditional metal BBs that most of us (of a certain age ;) ) think of.

why dont you apply that same standards to government workers, who technically work for the american people?

you tell people to shut up and not criticize donald trump. to "mind their own business" and go about their shitty lives. yet you get all worked up about a bunch of football players. your priorities are goofy.

this entire post is a lie and a joke. i tell people to criticize trump for being an ******* but not a white supremacist because that's just facking stupid. the truth is more than enough but you libidiots end up going to crazytown and look like fools. completely unnecessary especially when there is more than enough to work with.

Not sure if it count, but I did not stand up for any flags at any games. Well, I did stand up for the Chinese flag during a flag ceremony when I was on a work trip to Beijing (was curious why there was a massive crowd at the town square and before i knew it...). Not that I care for that, but I didn't want to get arrested and shot, or have the Chinese government get my employer to ban me from entering the country.

When it comes to officer involved shootings, race does not play a significant factor....I mean, that's what the numbers say, so you can either agree with that, or be a fool. We're not talking opinion or "feelz" here, we're talking about what the data says and if you want to argue with it, you'll have to do a MUCH better job or have your opinion dismissed.

Correct me if I'm wrong...wasn't Kim Davis jailed for her free speech? Is that the standard we should now apply to NFL players? Probably not the best analogy to be made....

p.s. She can't be fired...impeached sued or voted out but not fired.

    p.p.s. Kim Davis is.....a Democrat.
