    This is a weird post. Would you rather Morey had attached Gordon or Ariza to the deal just to get it done? That makes us a weaker team. NY placed more value on Enes Kanter than they did on Ryan Anderson. Morey can't do anything about that. I'm glad that he places an absolute value on players and doesn't budge from it. That is the reason the Rockets have been a better team than the Knicks for the past 10 years.

    For the most part, he did that last year. Harden, Anderson and D'Antoni completely folded in the playoffs. It was a bizarre thing to witness. Hopefully, it doesn't happen again. I would hope they all learned from their mistakes.

    After getting thrashed for using a short rotation against the Spurs during the Nash era, MDA went on to use a short rotation (when Nene went down) his first time coaching Harden and the Rockets against the Spurs.. Does MDA learn from his mistakes? I don't know.
