For the past 3 Months July, August, September I wasted my time on clutchfans on 600+ page thread about Carmelo. It was for certain he would be coming here. It would be certain you were gone. We learned rapidly from 3rd party sources that a trade would be going to happen any time in those months. We waited, waited made Potato Head famous, Burt Steele famous, JoPat famous. I am currently sitting here more upset i wasted the time patiently waiting for melo. Now that he has gone to OKC, i have mixed feelings. I still think we have solid defensive players to defend OKC and GSW. But I do feel you aren't as bad as it is made out to be for you. You are an ELITE 3 point shooter, if that shot become even more consistent this season. I dont think losing out on melo should be a big deal. You are awesome guy we never meant to turn against you this offseason. But one thing must be done, you must step up and become a legit 16+ point scorer per game this season and shoot close to 50% from 3. This will shut people up. You should be happy the Knicks didnt want you, use it as motivation. That they think Kanter is better than you. All in all, i will always remain a rockets fan regardless if we are a 20 win team or a 60+ win super team. I still think you aren't too far behind melo. We need you to shoot the rock! and let it RIP! let's be real. Ryan Anderson will NEVER be appreciated. Anderson could hit 4 threes in a row, and the moment he misses a layup, Clutchfans riots.
Ryan Anderson is better than Carmelo. Carmelo will be hurt 20 games into the season with his bad hips and back.
You don't lead the league in 3pt% on the road and shoot over 40% from 3 for the season if you're a bum.
