I can see a trade coming cause knick fans have tryed to accept him coming back, and i see them constantly not accepting him coming back it changes everyday, more pointing toward him not being there, and they just want to move on. I say a package that was mention with New Orleans where Soloman SF, a defensive upgrade to where knicks lack, and maybe Asik, 1st round pick would be something .. Would all depend if New Orleans who might could use Anderson to spread the floor with a sixth man gig again, when davis sits.

I doubt it will be done on Monday because the Rockets have the media day and Daryl Morey would have missed the media day when he is working on the phone. It may be done the day before Monday. I don't know.

 

I know I promised to stay away til Monday but I had a long fking day, brutal week to be honest, and took some xannys to chill out and just wanted to check in on Clutchfans just cuz I really care about everything Rockets. So I will make only one post and this time I won't even reply to criticisms, and won't even mention that MELO IS NOT COMING!

Not going to read every past post but it sounds like (with the sarcastic posters aside) a few of you think that today has brought upon some reason to be more optimistic.....that is just flat out stupid.

Why don't you guys take a step back and just look at the facts that I'm about to state:

A few months ago it was reported in a legit source or article that Carmelo was willing to waive his No Trade Clause for Houston, and then made clear that he was ONLY WILLING TO WAIVE IT FOR HOUSTON

The result of that was unreliable,illegitimate posters (be it on twitter or irrelevant blogs) appearing saying this is all but done. We then find out its not.

A new article today is posted about how Melo hasn't changed his stance with training camp nearing.

The result is new unreliable posters claim to have this info that the deal is now done. People get giddy, I read somewhere how I should be exiled for it. Not the guy trolling knowing someone entry level from the Knicks? I assume he's trolling because I hope to god he's not stupid enough to think his source is an actual source. A guy with an entry level Knicks insider claims it's done, while Shams and Woj don't feel confident enough to say anything is new about all this.

And @Reeko , I'm just curious, not trying to be disrespectful (though I feel like you were on the edge of your seat earlier today thinking ITS HAPPENING, suck it Zoplicone!), how old are you?

Because literally nothing in your post admits to the fact that training camps are just about to open. 99% of people who understand basketball know the longer this dragged on the most telling date would be the opening of trading camps.

Because try as you might to make yourself believe it, it simply is not true a team wants a disgruntled superstar in their locker room.

You should probably rewind back to a time when all of this started. The 'insiders' posted news before Shams and Woj started tweeting about it. So why exactly would it be the other way around now?
