ESPN anchor Jemele Hill called President Donald Trump a white supremacist.

For starters he's probably the first president in history after the advent of insurance to not know the difference between life and health insurance.

 

Good ESPN exists, but it's online in the form of articles and podcasts. ESPN has good people. For NBA, there's Lowe, Woj, Pelton, and Haberstroh (and others I feel like I'm missing), all of whom do 99% of their work online.

 

You do know that the group that filed the initial permit to protest were self labeled white supremacists right?

So I wonder... Hmm...

If a group of self labeled ISIS supporters filed for a permit to start a protest at a town square and then people later joined in on the protest even though their views don't perfectly aligned, would Donald have said "good people on both sides"?

There are an estimated 13 million undocumented migrants in the US. The vast majority of them are not rapists. I mean it's stupidly obvious. A civil infraction has hardly any coorelation with committing rape. It's like assuming that someone who was slapped with a civil infraction for speeding is more prone to rape and murder. It's a silly and absurd premise that has no bearing in reality. Notice how he said "SOME of them I assume are good people" implying that the vast majority are rapists. The vast majority of 13 million people who's sole commonality is that they committed a civil infraction are rapists?

Nope, and hence another reason why you are a piece of ****.

You have this hard on for making this specific civil infraction into something short of rape and murder.

Well, to be fair most presidents don't even know how many states there are in the country. Yet, you don't see them getting reamed for it all that much.

That slip up required one number to mess up. Trump's explanation of health insurance was a convoluted mess that sounded like life insurance. It wasn't a slip up. It was an who didn't have a ****ing clue what he was talking about.

I don't know if he is a white supremacist but it is a fact that he surrounds himself with white supremacists and he has on multiple occasions he pleaded ignorance or even sympathized with known white supremacists.

Who cares about this chic? Why are people so offended that black people are offended by him? Is it really surprising that blacks are offended? Why does the president care so much?

 

if trump had said what you said he would not have been criticized for it, but thats not what he said. he said, and i quote..."When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."

as you can see, he did not speak with the nuance you did. he said they are bringing drugs and called them rapists. he did not say some of them are bringing drugs and are rapists...he only "assumed" that some are good people.

of course he was "butthurt"...any slight against him causes trump and all his snowflake supporters to get "butthurt" so thats nothing unusual. but it does not change the fact that he said an american born federal judge cant do his job b/c he is "mexican"...thats just straight up racist and ignorant. comments like that also undermine one of our three branches of government and for the president to speak like that is pretty dangerous. "butthurt" or not, there is no defense of that.

first of all, ive never accused trump of being a white supremacist. ive only said that at the least he has racist tendencies and gives support to white supremacists. trump and his dad were sued in the 70's for discriminatory housing practices against blacks. as is often the case, trump settled rather than let the case go all the way. its funny...this guy always brags about what a winner and a fighter he is, but constantly settles out of court to make cases go away (trump university anyone?). personally, if i believed i was in the right i would never settle.

trump himself did not differentiate when he said they were "very fine people".

maybe not, but they aligned themselves with white supremacists and nazis who were chanting "jews will not replace us"...and trump said they were "very fine people". even republicans criticized him over this...dont try to pretend that was strictly a partisan issue.

had trump made the racist comments about mexicans and muslims 8 years ago? i dont think so. you do bring up a good point though, and that is the fact that up until very recently trump was a socially liberal democrat who supported the clintons (for the record i think the clintons are scumbags). the fact that a 70 year old man would all of a sudden totally flip in his political ideology tells me that he is either an idiot or an opportunist. it just shows that his only ideology is to himself. his political beliefs are about as shallow as a puddle.

he did not start saying a bunch of racist crap till he ran for president. republican or democrat is not relevant...he has made a series of racist comments and should be called out for it.

Whatever Hill is, Trump is 1000x worse with his influence. But Trump lovers can't help but love him still. If you protect Trump, don't complain about people getting nasty with him. You got nothing to stand on.

I really do find it odd that people would be pissed that a sports commentator called the president a racist yet our current president multiple times has stated that our former president was a racist that was born in Kenya.

Have we turned into a society that places higher standards towards sports commentators than our president? Seems like it by all the Faux outrage.

 

Of course, anyone that confronts conservative racists is by nature of conservative rhetoric a racist because we just can't expect conservative racists to look at themselves and their own behavior nor can we expect them to look at the mounds of data exposing the racism.
