Maybe she can run for President?

Think of the field day Faux News would have with a Black Supremacist who is also a woman.

Trump is doing something g right for the self-labeled white supremacists in this country. His approval rating amongst them is through the roof. Though his latest comments on DACA might have slightly hindered that.

As an on-air host, Jemele Hill is ugly as f*ck and she has no business talking sports as well. I don't know how she gets this job in the first place.

Sorry but this is a hilariously silly post. Really? Did she get the job because of her political views? So why don't all the other people with those same political views have on air jobs with ESPN?

This makes no sense. There are millions of Americans that share her viewpoint. Do they all get jobs to be hosts on ESPN? They are all part of the 'tribe' right.

Should all the hosts in Fox News be fired who were involved in pushing a narrative that our former president is a secret Muslim from Kenya who supports Islamic extremists? That seems to me more abhorrent since it's less grounded in truth than Donald Trump and white supremacists. I don't think Obama has much of a high approval rating amount ISIS supporters and members.

I personally wouldn't label him a white supremacist. I would have worded it better. "He has the backing off white supremacists" which is an objective fact as self labeled white supremacists have vocally expressed their satisfaction with the Donald.

Why did none of the conservative posters here ask for those Fox News hosts to be fired? Why didn't Obama have his press security state that they should be fired?

I think I might be smelling some faux outrage.

I'm curious how @tallanvor believes the interview for the job went. What kind of questions they asked and what was discussed?

donald trump led the birther movement and straight up called obama a racist and he got elected president.
we had republican politicians that said obama does not like white people and they did not lose their jobs.
radio show hosts said obama does not like white people and they did not lose their jobs.

if espn wants to fire her that is their business, but some of yall are just coming off like snowflakes here.

if it bothers you that much then stop watching espn...if enough people do that then advertisers will bail and it will hurt espn...they will be forced to make a decision whether or not to keep employing her...problem solved.

Trump is President because white supremists, neo-nazis, white nationalists and other racists voted him in despite the majority of them being poor and voting against their own interests.

Maybe it was inappropriate for Jemele Hill, ESPN journalist, to publicly say this about the President.

Also highly inappropriate for a Reality TV Host on NBC, to publicly this about the President. Should have been FIRED!!

Are you seriously still trying to push this narrative that the right's feelings were hurt so bad that they elected in a man who doesn't even understand the difference between health and life insurance?

Voter turnout was the issue. The people who voted for Trump would have voted for him regardless of what people call them.

Are you going to say that Obama beat Mccain because for the past half decade prior to that election right wingers called liberals 'unAmerican' just because they didn't blindly worship the war in Iraq?

You think Obama won because feelings got hurt?

This logic that if we stopped calling racists, racists, they would magically support Hillary Clinton is just stupid.

You've not been entrenched in deep right wing circle jerking like I have living in Marine infantry barracks for 4 years. They all hated Hillary... And they had no clue why they hated her.

Im pushing the narrative that when you call massive groups of people racist they ignore your political positions and you come off as immature. Its not a radical position.

you all called a bunch of people racist and they didn't come out and vote for your guy? whata shock.

learn empathy and try talking to others like adults if you can. I can promise you calling your political opponents racist is not healthy or compelling. Especially with the bullshit reasoning you people impose.

I'm sorry but me calling racists racists has no bearing on election results. I do t think one indivudal switched their vote from Hillary to Trump because they were called a racist.

It's a stupid narrative. The type of people who voted for Trump would have voted for him regardless of the rhetoric from the left.

Vitriolic poo flinging has always occurred. For a decade, conservatives called anyone who disapproved of the war in Iraq 'traitors' and 'un American'. Did you see them go on and nominate an unhinged idiot?

Yes, once it became so glaringly obvious. Any decenters to the invasion were labeled unAmerican.

And the many every day conservative labeled liberals as unAmerican and traitors for an entire decade. They still do. They say they are ISIS sympathisers today. Do you think liberals would try to nominate a liberal equivalent to Trump such as someone like Kim Kardashian or Beyonce(celebrity with no nuanced knowledge about government and foreign affairs)?

once what became so obvious? there were republicans who voted against it from the beginning.

no they weren't. But if they were, then i would agree this would not be an compelling political argument. As equally as compelling as trying to call republicans racist.
