I have explained what Cleveland would need for that BK pick and why they would be reluctant to part with it, but it seems that all you're able to do is pick out 1 sentence from replies and go off on that and not try to combat any of my points. Is Morey the Cleveland GM? No. Now you're talking about KP and Melo to Cleveland, and the only Knicks perspective that you've given for why they would do that deal is KP is somewhat disgruntled which is just a cop out. If Morey was the Knicks GM u think he would do that deal that makes no sense and trade away KP while he's still under his rookie contract and could possibly be with the organization for the next 6 or 7 years?

Middle of the road team forever? Based on what exactly? Why would they cling to a disgruntled Porzingis? It's pretty obvious why the would. He's a 3rd year player who just averaged 18, 7, and 2 blocks in his 2nd season. He already makes almost 2 threes a game as a big. He's 1 of the best rim protectors in the NBA. He's 1 of the most fluid and mobile bigs in the league. Have u seen how good he's looked this summer in Eurobasket? That's why they would cling to him. You do know that the Knicks are projected to be 1 of the worst teams in the NBA right, and that's with Melo still on the roster. Without him, they'll be even worse. They can already add a great pick to what they have in KP, Frank, and Willy.

Thomas is useless for NY. He's not re-signing with some tanking team. I'd rather add my own lotto pick to KP than trade him away and gamble that any of the prospects taken in this upcoming draft will be as good as he is.

I can't believe you are basically saying a plan to Tank is "reaching." Tanking is real. Two Top 5 picks (in the same draft) plus another FRP is a helluva haul.

You're locked into this denial thing. NYK choosing to Tank is just one idea, that I thought of in like 5 minutes. I'm sure there are more that someone as smart as Morey could think of if he had Thomas, BKN and Love to work with. But no use chatting with you, as you'll block each one...one by one.

Comes down to: I think this is real news, and a big problem ... and pray Melo blocks it. You think is nothing of a problem, because you have convinced yourself nothing makes sense for NYK or CLE to even entertain a trade better than Ryan Anderson.

There is a way, they can offer up Kevin Love which is something they have refused to do so far. There's a reason why I said unless I find out that they're offering up Kevin Love then I'm not worried. Other than that, I see no deal getting done involving the BK pick for reasons I have explained, and they don't have much else after that other than Crowder. IT does nothing for NY and is Cleveland's starting PG if healthy. He hasn't even recovered from his hip injury and will be a free agent. Why NY would want him as their undergoing a rebuild I have no idea. This is not me being some homer that tosses away anything that goes against Melo coming to Houston. If I find out that Cleveland is willing to give up Love and that Melo has added Cleveland back to his list, then I'll be worried, but until then, meh. Look at their roster and assets. There's not much there outside of Love, IT, Crowder, the BK pick, and possibly Tristan Thompson who still has 3 years and over 52 mil left on his deal.

Did u not just say that NY would be a middle of the road team forever by holding onto Porzingis? Yeah, you're reaching, you're reaching real hard. The Knicks can tank with KP on the roster. If u want to view it as a big problem then go ahead. I'm not worried until I hear more and find out that Melo has added Cleveland to his list. It's that simple.
