2)If we don't get Melo and bring back Anderson.....can we beat GS?

I really am wondering what are the other packages that these other teams are offering for Melo that would even entice him to go there. It just doesn't make sense anymore. Clevland doesn't want to give up Kevin Love for Melo. There is nothing Portland could offer that wouldn't require gutting a core that would then put them at title contention by just adding Melo. What on earth are the Knicks expecting at this point for a 33/34 year old. Wasn't the Bucks offer good enough? Whatever happened to the Jazz helping us? I really am looking forward to destroying the Knicks even more this year.

 

He had 4 other games in which he only scored 4 points or less during the playoff. How do you explain that? It's not like he's doing good defense instead when he couldn't score.

bottomline was NY was at the beginning okay and gave a verbal okay with the trade and felt they were getting a fair trade or slightly less value at worst

Anderson to me did a lot less than Harden In terms of expectations in contrast with the amount of money on contracts. We get more bang for the buck with Harden.
