On the hottest day EVER here in SF, these dudes are lighting up the fireplace Black smoke pours from chimney at Russian consulate in San Francisco SAN FRANCISCO -- Acrid, black smoke was seen pouring from a chimney at the Russian consulate in San Francisco Friday, a day after the Trump administration ordered its closure amid escalating tensions between the United States and Russia. Firefighters who arrived at the scene were turned away by consulate officials who came from inside the building. An Associated Press reporter heard people who came from inside the building tell firefighters that there was no problem and that consulate staff were burning unidentified items in a fireplace. Mindy Talmadge, a spokeswoman from the San Francisco Fire Department, said the department received a call about the smoke and sent a crew to investigate but determined the smoke was coming from the chimney. "They had a fire going in their fireplace," she said. Talmadge said she did not know what they were burning on a day when normally cool San Francisco temperatures had already climbed to 95 degrees by noon. "It was not unintentional. They were burning something in their fireplace," she said.
Like everything in the Trump Russia world, their just have the ****iest luck with timing lmao. Hottest day ever in SF at 104 degrees and they decide its the perfect day to turn on their fireplace. It's like God is trolling them. The optics are just terrible. Trump firing Comey also looked terrible. Donald Jr's email looked really bad, especially considering their initial statement regarding adoptions and then the retraction few hours later lol. What other funny trolling have we seen?
Maybe they are just burning: * Obama posters * Sacramento Kings jerseys * gay pron (fine in SF, not so kosher in the Motherland) And Jeebus is it ever hot in town today. Never experienced real heat like this here before. Total earthquake weather, as they say.
Fake Russian Facebook Accounts Bought $100,000 in Political Ads, Geo-Targeting Voters https://www.nytimes.com/2017/09/06/technology/facebook-russian-political-ads.html?mcubz=1 Providing new evidence of Russian interference in the 2016 election, Facebook disclosed on Wednesday that it had identified more than $100,000 worth of divisive ads on hot-button issues purchased by a shadowy Russian company linked to the Kremlin. Most of the 3,000 ads did not refer to particular candidates but instead focused on divisive social issues such as race, gay rights, gun control and immigration, according to a post on Facebook by Alex Stamos, the company’s chief security officer. The ads, which ran between June 2015 and May 2017, were linked to some 470 fake accounts and pages the company said it had shut down. Facebook officials said the fake accounts were created by a Russian company called the Internet Research Agency, which is known for using “troll” accounts to posts on social media and comments on news websites The disclosure adds to the evidence of the broad scope of the Russian influence campaign, which American intelligence agencies concluded was designed to damage Hillary Clinton and boost Donald J. Trump during the election. Multiple investigations of the Russian meddling, and the possibility that the Trump campaign somehow colluded with Russia, have cast a shadow over the first eight months of Mr. Trump’s presidency.
The Russians knew many people on Facebook stupidly use it as a news source and that the hivemind there feeds off of itself (see, Austin "gas crisis").
Gee, remember when the story was a discussion about adoptions? http://www.salon.com/2017/09/07/don...t-hillary-clinton-dirt-from-russia-after-all/
so he's admitting no matter what whe he made that meeting and went to the meeting he was going to accept something of value/damaging info on a US citizen/pres candidate from a foreign power/Russians
Trump Jr. admitting that while working for Trump's campaign he met with a Russian hoping to have them give him dirt on Hillary will not stop Trump supporters from continuing to chime that the press and Democrats went after a whole Russia deal, but they had nothing. The new fake Pgabs frequently talks about they have nothing on the whole Russia thing.
One interesting thing here is they have moved on from Ignorance of campaign finance laws to a defense that is essentially... "Yes.... we understood campaign finance laws, but we didn't violate any during this meeting"..... even though there is obvious INTENT to do so written in black and white in the Don Jr. email thread. The admission of "I was going to seek counsel after the meeting" pretty much spells that out. Essentially the way I read that is that Trump Jr.'s team thinks they (investigators, Senate, etc.) can't prove that they received ANYTHING of value in the meeting. That seems to be their defense. If we didn't get anything valuable, we didn't break any laws. Where Don Jr. will get in trouble here, and why the "false testimony" memo was sent out as a warning, is if they can prove that something was exchanged during the meeting. The way to get that information would seem to be through Paul Mannafort hence the early morning raid most likely.
well seems like Trump and his whole campaign knew, were updated, and made the most out the meeting with Russians where they expected to receive and use dirt from the Russians against a US citizen/pres candidate. Most likely information was exchanged just need evidence of it. But it doesn't mean they didn't get anything valuable because they sure came out of that meeting with guns ablazing. Hours after Donald Trump Jr confirmed a meeting with a Russian lawyer to discuss information on Hillary Clinton, his father promised to make a speech with new information about his former rival for the US presidency. “I think you’re going to find it very informative and very very interesting,” the US leader said, adding that it would likely take place next week. "We are going to be discussing all of the things that have taken place with the Clintons," he said.
