[Unofficial] Astros @ Mariners

I hate these west coast games...but I'm excited to see the Verlander premier.

 

The one thing I like about them is I can have the kids in bed and my wife is usually asleep or reading by then. I get uninterrupted time to watch and enjoy (and likely fall asleep on the couch by the 6th).

 

I generally don't mind then except that I'm on the East coast tonight.

 

Correa is back. Nearly 100% healthy roster. Verlander premier tonight. I'm so excited to be an Astros fan right now!

 

Yessir. Sort of takes the wrinkles out of the robe thinking about it.

 

Damn, I like this euphemism. Real classy.

 

The East Coast - Where bars close before Pacific 7th innings. The worse is having to wake up early the next day.

Fortunately, today's late start offsets my late work day. Allows my watching the entire game

 

I was at the U.S. Open the past four nights. I watched part of the game last night during the relatively unexciting Federer match.

 

Sounds fun. Spent a day in Queens early last month and passed by The Open and Citifleld. Awesome place. You going to a Mets game too?

 

No opportunity. It would have been bittersweet if they had moved the Astros Mets series to NY. Could have caught the Sunday afternoon game.

One if these days, Hinch will get over Beltran or Beltran will justify his faith.
