He's getting old. Looks sick to me. I'll miss his annoying laugh. His marketing skills / direction on branding the team was so old school.

Tilman brings a new life on that aspect.

My homie @Os Trigonum aka 'Azamat Bogatov' aka 'Bone Reckor' aka 'The Diddler on the Roof' is going to be disappointed in your word choice and the fact that you beat him to the punch.

I would say so he can join the billionaire boys club... Les saw that this was the perfect time to cash out and made a smart business decision.

He's old and the best time to sell is when you can sell high.

He's given to both parties and is (maybe) a Republican because of taxes. He's not a RWNJ like Bob McNair.

Any chance that Les had advance assurance of the new owner needing to keep Morey and his crew on board? Is this possible?

I'd say no. I think that's why Les gave Morey an extension right before announcing he was going to sell the team - to make it hard for the new owner to dump Morey.

You can have a big baller billionaire who is willing to spend tons of money but then your team could turn out to be like the Nets. If he keeps Rockets management the way it is then he can be successful as an owner.
