Least surprising news ever (Trump trying to get Moscow hotel) but more email evidence that Trump associates were closely working with the Kremlin to help get Trump elected. Add Satar and Cohen to the list of Trump associates we will continue to hear about more and more. The big question now is how many of these guys can Trump pardon? The Sherrif Joe pardon is significant in the fact that it sets up and avenue to help Trump shut down the investigation in his own way if he can pardon everyone to keep them from talking and turning. This news cycle will get buried for good reason but this past 72 hours of news here on this end is pretty significant.

This is funny on a number of planes... first, Cohen seems to be objecting to being connected with the "dossier" (aka, the Trump Russian hooker pee pee tape). Second, in a letter from Cohen to the House intelligence group that somehow got in the hands of Fox News (and only Fox News). Third, he is complaining about the pee pee tape but he came into the news about the Trump Tower deal. Fourth... he put a picture of the outside cover of his passport as proof. All in all... Manafort will be pardoned by Trump, so he have nothing to worry about, can you pardon someone even before he is convicted?
Keep in mind Mueller is now teaming up with the AG of New York State as a power play to Trump since he cannot issue pardons for State Crimes. That was a very important piece of news that fell beneath the cracks the other day.
You know I will be shocked if this doesn't entangle other members of the Republican party for many many reasons. And... I wouldn't be surprised if a Democrat or two is pulled into the equation. Mueller needs to be given full authority here to truly clean the clock of our government. Why I say this is the fact that the Russians also hacked the RNC but did not release and have not released one piece of damaging information, and the actions of non-Trump Republicans like Grassley, Nunes, etc. send alarm bells off that the Republican party itself isn't going to be complicit here. Also... the Dossier (which gathers more and more legs each day) mentions DNC officials that were essentially moles as well. And to think... I remember a few months ago GOPer Trump fans were going crazy saying that "The Susan Rice UnMasking was BIGGER than Watergate". .... yeah... sure.
