Hinch gets tossed. Let's see how Astros respond. Interesting double play there on Astros. Sigh.

Gomez did not just stare down McHugh like that was intentional. Geezus.

Seems like Centeno has a lot of pass balls and stuff, he's not a good catcher

I was a patient supporter of Gomez when he was an Astro, but now I can't stand his stupid face.

Gomez is that person who owes you money or costs you money, and they're mad at you it happened.

Is Marwin's batting during this stretch as bad as I think it is?

Probably. Amazingly, Beltran, Fisher, and Gattis have been worse the past 2 weeks.

Even if this doesn't work out... I prefer Devo back in this multi-inning long relief role, vs being simply an 8th inning guy only.

Hopefully he does well, and Harris/Giles can lock down the rest.

I didn't know where to put this.. here's as good a place as any.

I was texting (via a Swype keyboard) a friend about Joel Osteen's stuff this past week, and "idiot" was autocorrected to "Odor". I deleted and tried again, and again, "Odor". My keyboard refused to identify "idiot" as anything but "Odor" unless I manually hit each key.

Having Harris back gives AJ that flexibility. Didn't have many relievers he trusted in that 8th inning role prior.

I think he does better when he knows he's going multiple innings. Could just be my questionable memory. Could be he just does better when he isn't trying to over power every pitch.

Loving the aggressiveness by Cora with the bullpen. Really proactive in regards to leveraged situations.

In a one game managing situation... with tomorrow being an off-day... he's going to be as aggressive as possible to win this one game.

That being said, you obviously can't manage like this over 162 and expect everybody to be tip-top come October.

Sweet. Rangers will have the soft underbelly of the axis batting in the ninth.
