Funny how the agent reached out to Barca & Real and in the end Mor joins Celta Vigo. But at least he gets to play against them now.
With his ball iq being this terrible, I'm not sure he'd do well in any big league. He already has the technical skills to play for every club in the world, but it's hard do improve ball-iq. Very similar to Shaqiri, think he'd do okay for a mediocre EPL team that doesn't have any kind of organized system.
I am not sure how much IQ you need these days as a winger....... but I think there are only two main ways....either go along the line and deliver crosses. Or they cut to the middle and go from there shoot or pass. Mix it up. It doesn't take much. Central midfielders do need more IQ. In Dortmund Mor had problems with Tuchel and refused to train hard.....
Nah, you can see it hard with guys like him and Shaqiri. Literally always making the wrong decision and dribbling into a bunch of defenders, they are complete black holes for a team's offense and waste your possession, at some point the teammates will also stop giving them the ball. No elite team puts up with this sh**.
Man, they are playing 'hard to get' this window. https://sports.yahoo.com/philippe-coutinho-told-will-barcelona-player-week-163051023.html
I am sure CR7 was not an IQ player or this kind of threat to the goal when he was a Sporting Lisbon player. He was just doing amazing solo tricks but was not conducive to team play. Ferguson took a chance and transferred him to United early. It takes an understanding hand and I dun think Tuchel is that kind of person for all young players. And Bosz prolly saw what was there and did not find time to deal with him. The trajectory for each player is different. I am neither sold on him nor writing him off for now. At the very least he becomes a good enough Turkish player for the national team however no world class player. Happened with Shaqiri who is still valuable to the national side.
Seems Coutinho is finally joining Barca, several Spanish outlets saying presentation will be tomorrow.
Renato Sanches for one year to Swansea, just a loan deal, no buy-clause. Glad Bayern didn't give up on him. Obviously would've preferred a Bundesliga deal, on the other hand Ancelotti's former assistant Clement runs the Swans, so he knows how to handle Sanches.
Yea saw your post on that, but didn't want to solely rely on Yahoo Sports. Too many fake news these days, starting to only trust when several media report the same thing independently.
I think by signing many player before the end of the window, they have been trying very hard, makes it more obvious that the Fenway Group is bracing itself for 3 competitions (Cup, CL, league duties) and potential exits, not just Coutinho. Or they have been excessively strengthening their attack.
Pretty sure the Coutinho thing was always going to happen and they were just playing hard to get. Origi probably also leaving and I'd assume maybe one more middlefield breh.
Had to drag him out of my fantasy squad, he could go anywhere in England or another league. German brehs window closes first.
