I went to bed at 3 and it had not stopped raining once which means that it had rained non-stop for around 24 hours in Sugar Land...I woke up at 8 and it was still raining Did it ever stop raining? I just took my dogs on a short walk and some parts of my street are a little flooded to about ankle deep

Live cam of water level at the I-45/Memorial intersection. There's a link in the description of the video that shows what it was like last Friday and also when a suspected tornado hit. If you look at the level when the tornado hit, you can see it's a bit lower now. Back then the water level looked like it was about to engulf Memorial.
