FTW I feel like you are a great member of this board. High post volume with plenty of quality. However, your JJ Watt Trolling is extremely off-putting. I realize you may not like him, but please keep it to yourself. JJ Watt is an extremely well respected Houstonian, regularly giving his time and energy to the less fortunate. He doesn't have to do this but he chooses to. On a brighter note, I give mad props to the posters in this thread. Providing fantastic info and pics. yea but how much values about now? honestly if it's so valuable, then build nice catch basin parks with adjacent luxury mid-rise living but don't build ground level housing. that's ridiculous. i've heard of houses in that area and others that have been flooded & gutted 3 times this past year alone. city engineers and permit-ers need to stop the madness.
I saw earlier today that once you have a few inches in the house, you should cut off electricity. Stay safe!
