    @ 610 and 18th. Not too much water around the apartment, was able to take the dogs out earlier. Phone currently on charger in case power unexpectedly goes out. HBO app is still working.

    I got stuck out in that BS for over 12 hours and only made it from Sugarland to the outskirts of Katy....then I turned around and made it home in under 30 minutes. That nonsense is why I probably won't be evacuating again.
