    Definitely. Am hearing from good friend via social media, in SW Houston who are like "not flooded yet! I can accept people needing a dry place to stay!" but I worry they aren't accepting what is still to come. Don't know what to tell them. It is really a hopeless feeling.

    All the water plus another foot or so that drained away during the last lull is back thanks to that ****ing line that came right up and over my house. It's like Harvey is out to get me. Looks like we might have a little time if the line that's currently over Needville stays to the west.

    I'm watching CBS news coverage right now, and there are constant shots of people out driving around trying to go through flooded intersections. Why the hell are these people driving around?
