No. A recap is totally fine. No need to give him prime time full coverage like they did on the campaign. His campaigns aren't statements to the country. They are therapy sessions for him and his cult. They should just cover the news of the event. I see he said something about shutting down the government over the wall funding. You can't recap it. We live in a time where it's called fake unless people see it live. He's not a candidate anymore. He's the president of the United States at a chaotic time set to give a major speech the day after he announced a troop increase in Afghanistan. There is no way cable news can ignore that.
