It's funny how Republicans are trying to pretend that they themselves weren't in a state of mass hysteria the last 8 years in their right wing bubbles.

"Why won't Obama say radical Islamic terrorism?!"

"Obama is a secret Muslim born in Kenya!"

    "Obama is an ISIS sympathizer!"

    "Obama hates white people!"

"Obama hates America and is trying to destroy muh country!"

"Obama signed ANOTHER executive order, thanks Emperor Obama!"

I could go on all day. Sure, there's some over the top hysteria that's happened as a reaction to Trump, but the difference is that Trump is a completely incompetent buffoon who can't keep his mouth shut for two seconds and creates controversy like he creates bowel movements while Obama was a fairly competent leader with flaws. The Republicans going around accusing others of hysterical faux outrage should probably shut up and take a good long look in the mirror. Of course, we all know that will never happen.

its not a huge amount of the american population, but its more than should be. and the vast majority of these white supremacists are trump supporters and he has given them aid and comfort with his ignorant and stupid remarks.

they were not irrelevant to trumps victory and he knows it.

trump does. he even said they are "very fine people".

And the media made people think that Obama was born in Kenya and was a secret Muslim, right? Oh wait, it was people like you and Trump.

You're a troll and not worth my time. Trump said some of the people on the right were fine people. Not all. And he rejected the kkk bigotry. At least be honest, bro.

Deflect because you know I'm right and you simply want to trollishly further your narrative.

I haven't heard any posters claim that "huge amounts of the American population are white supremacists," merely that many people are defending instead of decrying white supremacists.

Says the guy who was in the middle of the biggest mass hysteria event for eight solid years.

    Hilarious!

These are all quite different statements. I think the first statement is more than valid; however, all the following statements are ridiculous.

Yes, the third statement is particularly ridiculous. Obama was not a mere ISIS sympathizer.
I have it on (hitherto) unimpeachable authority that he was, in fact, the founder of ISIS.

You're kidding but his disastrous foreign policy in the Middle East certainly helped them flourish.

In fairness, it was Bush's policy. Obama just ran on it, made sure it was implemented, and took credit for it.

Obama didn't invade the Middle East.... Obama had to deal with the consequences of a very destabilized Middle East.

    Did Trump defeat ISIS yet?

No I'm not kidding. This was an actual statement made by Trump during the election campaign. He was interviewed by some radio talk show host who offered him a way out, but Trump insisted he meant it literally. Can you believe that?
And yes, Obama made some errors in the Middle East, I think. But the present occupant of the US presidency is absurd beyond belief.
When a member of your own party calls your mental stability and competence into question, then you know you're dealing with someone special.

In the quote you reference, the poster said that he would encounter "several" white nationalists in the next six months. That is hardly a claim of "huge numbers" of white nationalists.

In this one, the quote was that large numbers of the 67% of Republicans share some views with white nationalists, which is likely a pretty accurate claim. White nationalists and Republicans likely share similar views about border security, Muslims, to name only two topics.

What is there to laud about white supremacists?

So, your claim that posters are saying that there are "huge numbers" of white supremacists in the United States is nothing but another huge pile of bullshit.
