If they had no legitimacy, then why were police officers openly engaging peacefully with them and even taking pictures with them at the rally before the incident? Obama acknowledged both sides because people on both sides had been killed within the span of a week. Are you seriously arguing that the officer who killed Castile was justified in doing so? What dead white nationalist body is there from this that requires condemning both sides?

I get that you're obsessed with false equivalence and trying to point out that the other side is just as bad as the side that you constantly defend, it's the same reason that you can't ever criticize Trump without also pointing out how terrible Hillary Clinton was. As to "condemning both sides"....when you have multiple groups that show up with the intention of being violent, you denounce all of them for it. Do you seriously think that the car attack was the only violence that was going on that day? I mean, certainly it was the worst, but are you suggesting people turn a blind eye to the rest of it?

There is no "false equivalence" when I blame people for their actions and suggest that identitarian groups are a bad thing.

I get that to you there is only one group of people who are wrong, those who don't agree with you, but you'll have to understand that better people make attempts to be as objective as possible.....and that means calling out all sorts of people for their wrongdoing.

Honestly that's the bias here, you agree with some identitarian groups, so you don't think they are bad....after all, how can they be bad if you agree with them amirite?
