    Turns out nobody in Houston is worth 10B. Since Bay Area already has Warriors, it's unlikely a new owner from there would move the team, and there are lot of rich guys from here:

    Chinese government is clamping down on Chinese companies doing big acquisitions internationally. I don't think a lot of Chinese billionaire has $2B cash oversea.
