Definitely don't need to tell me that. I have been more than happy with the job Morey does.

thats true.. also if we getting something lot better than capela then I wont mind, but moving capela will disturb the whole chemistry of starting lineup

Could Ryno actually come back after all 'this'? 60 mil, sure, but he's a human and one who has had some hard challenges. Portland would actually be a good destination, I'd think, for Rino that is.

Ok, I'll give you that. But I think you agree with me that it's dumb to assume that because the Spurs (supposedly) figured us out, that MDA runs a basic offense. Even in the scenario you laid out, if we had Ariza in the corner with CP3 and Melo at the elbows, that would be absolutely DEADLY. Anderson is a good fit in this offense, but his inconsistencies all year long at home were a major contributor to our downfall. Upgrading him to Carmelo Anthony would vault us into contender status with GS in my opinion.

Capela is replaceable. We love him cause the dunks are cool but GoldenState and Cleveland showed us it isn't that important of a position to fill. Plus knowing Morey if we lose Capella, he either has a plan up hos sleeve to get us an upgrade or Onuaku is ready to fill the role. Let Morey finish the whole plate before we judge each move he makes. I'm sure the dish he's got cookin is special.

Well what if giving up Capela gets melo, but inside sauces aka Chris tells Morey that we have a realistic goal of landing Lebron in the range of 60% next off season? And that he should keep the 1st rd kick to give to Cavs for a Lebron trade? I'm sure Chris has talked to Lebron about joining next year if Morey can land Melo. Just a hypothetical scenario

It was never a question of whether or not Capela is replaceable, but rather what we are giving him up for. Trading him and Ryno for Melo leaves us without a starting C unless anyone thinks Black and take his place. That would be a huge drop in productivity from a key position. Would we be able to fill that void?

Bogut and Onuaku aren't serious replacements for Capela

Capela should not and will not be included in a deal for Melo...he is our best asset at the moment (excluding Harden and CP3 for obvious reasons)

Ok, if curry, durant and klay didnt play in gs and then say they all get traded there in the offseason..everyone and their mommas would be saying "these are 3 scorers, 3 ball dominant players. blah blah curry needs the ball to score! durant and curry will never work! theres only one ball blah blah blah!" but how did that work out?? ...the point is these guys been doing this their whole lives they are professional athletes, PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES ****ing OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALISTS! none of us know **** about what it takes to win a single game in the d-league let alone nba these dudes are ballers! straight up! i mean what do people think? we're just going to be this bumbling team that scores 0 points a night and could never put the ball in the basket? i understand if we were the nets but this is james harden, chris paul and carmelo ****ing anthony... we probably arent going to beat the warriors as is simply because they are just so so so stacked but we certainly arent going to fall flat on our face and just plain suck at basketball!

Hard to disagree with that, but I still think leaving two guys in both corners against the Spurs in the playoffs will lead to a clogged paint. I thought we should have gone back to Ryno's 36 footer offensive sets and keep guys out of one of the other corner. That way you could attack one side of the rim without help arriving fast enough. I love MDmA and want him to be our coach for a long long time, but he didn't adjust to what the Spurs were doing. He admitted himself that more of the offense would be implemented this year. Hopefully those new plays will prevent them from throwing a wrench in our offense because I loved the way it looked all year. Just gotta tweak it. (IMHO)
