    The issue now is, the only team with remotely enough cap room is philly, and they are short about 5 mill. The next closest team with cap room would need to clear close to 13 million in the trade to absorb Ryno.

    Dig deep guys, if New York refuses Ryno's contract, we are in for a long process.

    Assuming the Knicks deal Anthony to the Rockets, they are certainly taking back salary. So if Anderson is dealt it will mean parts going back to NY so there are more teams potentially in play.

    Having said that, if a trade was likely it would have already happened.

    Well, we finally got news of the Barkley trade on a Sunday. It was 22 years ago but it still counts.

    Anyway, I didn't say, "We'll get Carmelo this weekend." I am speaking in a general sense that yes, we shall acquire him, no need for the naysayers to get all morose thinking it won't happen. (Fingers crossed.)

    Oh I want Melo bad it's the only reason I'm on clutchfans 24/7 in August while in regular season I'm on after games less frequently.

    I think it'll happen before that bahama trip. Interesting thing is Hardens birthday is the 26th
