When he stops winning division titles and getting us to the playoffs. it would be one thing if we actually had a competent QB and we're not competing for a SB but we aren't going compete without a top 10 QB. Regardless of coach. And I don't think you can say he got his guys I mean sure we got osweiler but he was literally the only QB on the market that was even halfway intriguing.
I'm thinking more of 8-8 but your 6-10 is not crazy. I think the QB play will be better because it is hard to think anybody could be as bad as Brock. I just think the division made some strong improvements and won't be a clean sweep for the Texans this year

I don't know if Watson can be a good starter in year 1, but feel like his mind works faster during the game if that makes sense. Savage reminds me a lot of Brock. He just doesn't feel the offense. He may know it in his head, but he doesn't seem like processes the game naturally like Watson does.
He picked Hoyer/Mallet over Fitzmagic and he picked Osweiler over Hoyer and then as the season went on he picked Osweiler over Savage. Literally each decision was the wrong call. He managed to take "ok" QB play down to average down to "worst in the league" all with his "evaluations" and his hand picked guys.
Watson looks good. Nice zip on the ball & good poise. Gotta fine tune that accuracy & hopefully that'll come with time.
