Do us all a favor and give the money to the Special Olympics, a charity that James Harden is active with..... and become a Warriors fan, you can enjoy all the little passive aggressive comments made by Stephanie Curry.

You deserve everyone's best performances huh? 29/11/8 is so pathetic he didn't even win MVP.
Sure you can make yourself think you deserve a championship team and complain when you didn't get it for the ticket money you paid. You know what? Spend your money on Warriors, you deserve them.

The expectation that athletes and entertainers should be expected to serve as proper role models and held to a higher standard has always and will always be one of the dumbest BS I have ever read/heard from anyone. It is also a sign of lazy parenting IMO.

I'm glad George Karl had his career shoved up his a$$ for saying something similar to what OP said.

James Harden is top 3 in the WORLD at his craft (think about that for a second), spent last OFFSEASON getting into great shape, carried a team full of players (all with father figures!) to 6 games vs the Spurs despite being projected as a 8-9th seed, went out and recruited Chris Paul, and is now once again getting into supreme shape for next season at the age of 28. For this work, the organization voluntarily repeatedly offers him the maximum allowable salary.

He doesn't need life advice. He is doing incredible. Hanging out with Gandhi, MLK and Nelson Mandela all day everyday wouldn't get him a title. He just needs as much talent on his team as the Warriors have and an owner willing to pay for it.

Harden did have a great regular season but failed in the Playoffs....anytime you get blown out at home, you failed! However, I applaud him for recruiting CP3 but he needs to take the next step and mature

Maturing is just that....maturing! Becoming more aware of your surroundings, learning that there's more to life than having fun. Not saying that you shouldn't have fun.

But other things, like giving back to help others along the way, being an example for the younger players on the team and becoming a true leader. Every NBA Champion had to go through this phase.

McHale said it best, Harden is not a natural leader but I think he can grow into the position. Rome wasn't built over night but it was built.

Harden has no criminal record, keeps his nose clean in public, doesn't mess with guns (unlike Dwight, ugh), and doesn't even have any tattoos. He's more than adequate as a role model for even the most conservative families. Well...most of those families.

Barack Obama should buy Houston Rockets so Harden can spend more time with him thus making him a classy player. No guarantee Rockets will move to Hawaii.

I think Chris might help make James a better player, but James seems like a nice guy to me.
