....Person?? Thus, becoming a better Basketball Player. Recently, I saw an article where Chris Paul was playing golf with The Former President, Barack Obama, and thought how would it looked if James Harden was mingling with former Presidents and people alike?

Harden is after all worth nearly $500M in endorsements and NBA contracts BUT money doesn't buy class and character. I think Harden is a GREAT Basketball Player but what he shows on the court, he lacks off the court!

I think Steph Curry has benefited greatly from having a spoon feed background. Whereas from hearing Harden's story, he's never seem to have had a male figure to direct him in the right path. His mother was there but it appears a lot of what he's learned about becoming a man, he learned on his own or from others. Which is why, I think the acquisition of CP3 is beneficial both on the court, as well as off the court.

Will the Club scene win out or CP3???

Yes, the more Harden can golf with Barack Obama, the better the Rockets will be.

Who cares? The widely regarded GOAT is also one of the worst people ever.

    A better a person??

So going to strip clubs, dating Kardashians, and going to exotic holiday destinations makes you what exactly?

How about a very successful (and rich) single professional.

Point of fact, a large majority of married NBA players (former and current) do the EXACT same thing Harden does... but it rarely comes to light because it's none of our damn business.

Applaud James for not being a hypocrite and living his life to the fullest. He's a grown man and will settle down (or not) when he damn well pleases.

    Enough already...

I thought it would go waaay over some people heads and obviously you are one of those people but if you look back at history, Hakeem was a great basketball player too but when he decide to change, that's when he begin to win championships. Strangely enough, I think Harden falls into the same category

Harden needs to find Jesus. Jesus would be a great 6th man and would make Gordon available via trade.

Harden getting married and not going to parties will make Kevin Durant, Draymond Green, Steph Curry, and Klay Thompson worse at basketball.

    Now that would be legendary

As long as Harden is a great player, who gives a rat's ass if he is a good person or not? We are paying him to be a great BASKETBALL PLAYER who WINS GAMES.

So what if Dream became a better person? That does not equate to championship. The two were simply coincidence. NBA history is FULL of assholes who lead their teams to rings.

How many times has James Harden been arrested?

How many kids out of wedlock does James have?

How many games has James missed with "personal issues"?

Has James consistently improved season after season?

It is the same garbage that followed LeBron James around for years.

James isn't perfect..... and neither is Chris "I want a black coach" Paul.

Yeah but Lin already tried to introduce them. I honestly think Harden couldn't handle someone with a better beard on the team, so it didn't work out.

    "OMG look at that beard?"

"OMG he is soooooooo black, look at his skin."

"OMG he likes women with a big ass."

"OMG he is a single man going to clubs and strip clubs."

"OMG did you know he is from South Central LA, I bet he is a gang member and hangs out with that Snoopy rapper."

    this plus

how many times has he been publicly intoxicated or driven drunk or cheated on his SO or ruined team chemistry or demanded for a trade...

yeah we should feel sorry for harden's single mom for working hard and raising a classless and characterless shell of a basketball player
