These dudes act like the only reason we got rid of dumpster fire Lin is because of Bosh. Lol boi we were plastering melo's body on the wall wearing lin's jersey. Dude was gone either way

Nope. I have said dozens of times on these boards that Lin was not worth the $15M/year in the last year of his contract, particularly since they were committed to Harden and were not willing to put the ball primarily in Lin's hands...and that they made the right decision to dump his expiring contract. So not sure why you think that I'm one of "these dudes".

So I'm correct, you go all over the internet looking to troll boards because they don't worship Lin like you do.

And I mentioned before, you belong on a Lin board where all they do is praise Lin like he's a North Korean dictator.

Haha...as reported here and other places, Rockets had been looking to trade Airemy for a while. They were having a hard time finding a taker for that scrub. They eventually had to dump him just by getting rid of a pick.

Cyberx (insider here) even reported here on clutchfans about Morey telling Les that this is why he didnt want Airemy (right after Airemy made those costly blunders in the Blazers series). Even Les saw the light after those bonehead Airemy plays and no longer wanted him on the team.

Asik had pretty much the same contract that Airemy Lin did but when was traded away, he gave us a pick.

We had to give up a pick just to get rid of Airemy.

    Asik - positive trade.

Airemy - negative trade. No one wanted the scrub unless they were rewarded for it.

Did we have to try hard to get rid of Beverley like we had to in case of Airemy? No sir, several teams were interested. Lebron did not care how much Beverley made or what his contract was. Lebron wanted Pat on his team because he knows he is a warrior and a difference maker.

Was anyone looking to trade for Airemy? No sir. Which is why we had to give up an asset just to give him away. Even Lakers, one of the worst teams in the league, did not want to re-sign Airemy after his contract was up. Treated him like a 1 year rental, as I had said what they would when they got him. They were after the pick, not Airemy.

Is anyone looking to trade for Airemy now while he is rotting away on the worst team in the league? Not that I know of. Why would anyone want a scrub that willingly ran to the worst team in the league just so that he can finally get some starter minutes. That showed everyone what his priorities are and its definitely not winning.

Airemy the scrub and his downward spiral adventures...

While tinman wins for creativity, Zboy definitely gets the best-effort award. Nice job! Tho I think Michael Jordan is the only one who should be referred to as his "airness"..."Airemy" isn't deserved by Lin to be put in that class of player.

    Jeremy Lin is mentally weak.

When you get someone speak to your Church about having a tough life, you get North Korean refugees, cancer survivors, people who lost family members in tragedy..

Lin? Living in Los Angeles as a millionaire, in your home state? oh so hard of a life, I bet his fans were crying like their dog died

    http://www.scmp.com/news/hong-kong/...-star-jeremy-lin-tells-hong-kong-fans-chinese

NBA star Jeremy Lin tells Hong Kong fans at Chinese University about ‘possibly the toughest year of my life’
NBA star Jeremy Lin told an audience for a gospel service at Chinese University on Sunday that this past season with the Los Angeles Lakers was “possibly the toughest year of my life”, but his Christian faith had kept his outlook positive.

"Kind of like?" You mean not the same thing AT ALL. How can you compare trading Patrick Beverley (and other players and a pick) for CP3 to trying to dump Lin's contract? We had to give up a first round pick just to get rid of Lin.

By saying Lin is equivalent to 7 players in this scenario which resulted in us getting CP3, are you really saying Lin is equivalent to CP3??? Da fuq???

I don't care how much Lin or Beverley's contract was for. At the end of the day, one player was better than the other. The numbers are clear. Beverley's contract wasn't a good value just because it was less than Lin's. It was a good value because it was less and he was better.

    Can't play with Carmelo,
    Can't play with Harden,
    Can't play with Kobe,
    Can't play with Kemba

Goes to Nets to be a STARTER,
    plays HALF a SEASON

Nets go out and TRADE FOR D'ANGELO RUSSELL and CRABBE

    Spin that

Yes he hides his mental weakness through his religion.
You remember he'd go off on twitter when he was on the Rockets when he had a bad night.
Dropping bible verses. We know what he was thinking. He's not clever.

Your worst year of your life was playing with Kobe Bryant and making at least 15 million dollars and living in Los Angeles ?

    Really?

When I saw the serge ibaka documentary he was homeless in Africa ! He has no shoes. Jeremy would last 2 hours as ibaka .

I didn't mention anything about other sites. And I didn't spin anything. Rockets were right to bring Lin off the bench and eventually trade him. Good basketball decisions. How is that spin?

Harden is better than Jeremy Lin. Have said that all along.
