    He makes too little money to matter in the deal. He is trying to do exactly what Porzingis is doing in terms of what they do on the court. I don't think Zhou Qi does much for them.

    the trade was agreed upon but the league wont approve it, according to sources close to the situation this trade has been done blocked and reworked 3 times and each time it was blocked by the league office. But Paul George can go to the Thunder for freakin oladipo and sabonis. I see you adam silver.. oy vey

    The money isn't the issue. The Rockets can make the money work.

    The poster you quoted was just saying that qi might be the type of young player with upside they might covet.

    I agree they are similair players, I'm not going to sit here and understand how the money works but if the Knicks are looking young potential talent, I think it could be something they look at.

    The trade got blocked because the Knicks decided not to do the trade. The Pacers traded PG for Oladipo and Sabonis because they didn't want to keep him in the east and didn't want to send him to a large market team.. The NBA blocking it doesn't even make sense. They would want a big market like us to give the Warriors more competition.

    Sometimes I read and chuckle at the fact that the BBS gets so meta and and sarcastic that there are random other teams' fans that might visit and and leave thinking we're all window lickers
