You seem to have fallen under the illusion that the media's purpose is to serve democrats.

It is now almost 8 months into his presidency and we're still getting "but Hillary!!!!!"

    Move on dorks.

Trump's lies and failures are his own. And you are his supporters. No amount of "but Hillary!!!!" will change that.

You have become an angry boy over the last year. You have grown increasingly hostile and hateful. Are you ok?

You fail to understand, it's not defending him, it's just pointing out that there was no viable alternative. How many people do you think feel "duped" by Trump pulling the same type of antics he was pulling during the campaign? I'm pretty sure people knew that Trump was that kind of a person when they voted for him and I'd bet most if not all who did would still do so if not given a viable alternative.

There's no amount of ridiculous Trump BS that will change the fact that there was no viable alternative.

    But not really

    http://www.politifact.com/personalities/donald-trump/
    http://www.politifact.com/personalities/barack-obama/
    http://www.politifact.com/personalities/hillary-clinton/

Check the numbers, Trump lies 60% of the time, that's more than clinton and obama lies combined.

Trump is bad... like long term consequence degrading the office bad. Probably the worst President in over 200 years.

    Really nothing to debate.

Sourced by people who go out of their way to make lies seem like they aren't lies when it's a democrat and who go out of their way to spin the truth into lies when it's a republican.....

You really should just be honest and admit that they are all liars and that they've all been caught flat out lying to the American people.

That's just you trying to justify your opinion. The point is that feigning outrage about a politician lying is like pretending to be shocked that it's hot in late July in Texas.

So just because one politician lies half the time, we can't complain when another politician lies all the time?

It is you who is trying to uphold this weird stance just to justify your opinion.

Ah, so the lying of one politician is a problem because you perceive them to lie more than others? Solid. Top notch work.

Are you debating whether Obama lies more than Trump or are you debating that it doesn't matter either way because both lie?

I'm pretty sure you are arguing both things at once.

I'm pointing out that it's foolish to complain about a politician lying even if you perceive them to lie more often than the politicians you support.

There is a canyon between the lies normal politicians say, mostly broken promises, and Trump lies, broken promises, plus pathological lies, plus perjurious lies.

That's still a weird position to have. If I used your TX weather analogy, I can't complain that a particular day is 101 degrees and really hot in July because other days have been 91?

what?? So if Trump was sane and rationale Dems would instead they would then be able to extend then said energy on a person worthwhile. But now they have to focus on Trump because he dog sh*t, do not have the energy to create a worthwhile candidate in the president lab.

No offense but you seem to be just typing words to just type them. The DNC will have a platform. Trump being good/bad could affect that... I guess. Overall if he/she is a good candidate he/she is a good candidate Trump will not affect that.

Do not bother trying to tell me what you said makes sense. It really doesn't.

I voted for Trump and do not feel duped in any way whatsoever. I knew he was bad and he has proven me right. He has also already done what I actually voted for him to do ( to be truthful, i actually voted against Hillary rather than for Trump). That was entirely based on his SCOTUS nomination. That being said, he has done better than I actually expected.

"There was no viable alternative" isn't a fact but an opinion which, by the way, most voters disagreed with. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you also say last year that as awful as you thought Clinton was she'd be a better choice than Trump? Maybe that was before he became the nominee, I don't recall.

I do agree with your point that most Trump voters would still vote for him. Though if there was a hypothetical revote held tomorrow, I suspect that many people who didn't vote at all or who voted for a 3rd party candidate would vote Democrat this time around just because of how awful Trump has been.

I did say that at one point, but in the end, I couldn't support either because they are both national embarrassments. Hillary belongs in jail and Trump isnt' fit to be on a city council.

I still wouldn't support either if I had it to do over again. i'm speaking for conservatives on this one, the single act of putting a conservative on the SCOTUS is enough to justify Trump over Hillary and that'll always be the case.
