Pistons trading Reggie Jackson to Knicks, Ryan Anderson to Pistons, and Melo drama to Houston. Insert non-guaranteeds and picks where necessary.
Thanks, great, and I believe every word. So, just a few questions, please. Who is moving, and where? What picks, if any, from which team(s) to which team(s)? Is there a 3rd team involved, 4th? Who is/are it/they? Why Friday and not yesterday? Thanks...x...
not gonna take the bait and buy into unsubstantiated rumors. But i will say that Detroit makes a lot of sense. Of all the teams mentioned in trade rumors, Detroit always made the most sense to me. They've got some major dysfunction on that team, with a few players not getting along with coach. The personnel does not fit together well. I think they are due for some major moves. They've got to do something. And they've got some players teams would be interested in. amazing to me that they have not been able to build around Drummond. Criminal actually. Anderson would fit very well at the four spot next to him.
Did not have the time to grind through all twenty pages to see if this Angle has been posted. The new Knick Gm used to work for the Pistons under Joe Dumars. I would not be shocked if he still has ties with Pistons. Also like others have pointed out, Stan Van is familiar with Ryno and the Pistons lost both KCP and Marcus Morris in the off season. Which underscores the need for perimiter shooting which Ryno provides.
