Who are the clutchfans insiders/who are the trolls?

CyberX and Codman are legit insiders.

 

Seriously ... I don't mind them at all as long as your not a jerk about it like a certain poster who wants to charge for his newsletter.

And adding entertainment value along the way makes it more interesting and fun to follow along with.

If you know something ... this is a safe place to play IMO. Just don't be an ass.

Oh.. and don't get uber sensative when folks here question whether or not something you are hearing can be true from a cap or logistical perspective.

 

But even they have been wrong with their predictions.

not gonna lie, i have deep connections on the inside. i know information that the public isn't ready to know, hell even my body isn't ready.

 

Cyberx is legit and vouched for

Codman has proved his worth over and over

Docrocket was plugged in and has sources but seemed to slowly lose them

Popeye was before my time but the truth

Ch44 is up and coming and has shown glimpses of inside knowledge

Nook has connections somewhere somehow that I don't know but doesn't pretend to be one

The cat doesn't act like one but has connections but likely doesn't share anything sensitive being a professional

Clutch is in the same regard but more so, albeit he does share some details after the fact and obviously has connections

Batman knows Morey but has absolutely no insider sources/connections

Progs is IDK so prob doubtful

Drew is troll

Roe is troll

Swyyy is troll

Plow is troll

Etc...

Etc...

daryl morey has been wrong with his predictions and he's the GM, doesn't mean he can control everything.

This is true. There is so much talk that goes on behind the scenes, and so many feelers that are put out, that if you shared everything you know then you will end up looking like a troll when most of it doesn't happen. It's really hard to say when things are actually going to happen or not. One team could put together the package they were asked to find and then the other team suddenly hires a new GM that suddenly changes everything. Can't predict that. Could be an owner that comes in and says no after a GM agreed. Could just be that a player was being shopped around, but the asking price was too high, so nothing comes of it. Could have been a curious phone call asking about Paul for Irving, who knows...

Anderson, Long, Quarterman, Taylor, Uthoff, Draft, and Cash are the only names I'm hearing right now. Does it mean the rest are safe? No, not if an amazing offer comes in. Portland is still our trade buddy.

 

So you're saying we should believe everything cod and cyberx predicts? All I said was insiders can be wrong with their predictions; doesn't mean they didn't have good intel.

Right, and you didn't even mention the times Teams and Agents will actually float rumors to plant seeds or throw someone off ... a lie/bluff/trial balloon/seed ... those happen, too. Especially from Agents....and opposing teams who are trying to stir up trouble on another team. "So and so player is being shopped around, per sources from Team X." GM of the player..."No, he isn't. Quit stirring up trouble." Of course, the "No, he isn't." response is often a cover-up lie.

It's a complicated game.
