Looks like Melo is already practicing some rockets plays. <blockquote class="twitter-video" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Carmelo Anthony back to his hoodie workout <br><br> <a href="https://twitter.com/Cbrickley603">@Cbrickley603</a> / IG) <a href="https://t.co/CjfJiqFbWY">pic.twitter.com/CjfJiqFbWY</a></p>— Def Pen Hoops (@DefPenHoops) <a href="">July 18, 2017</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
I'm talking about the entire offseason. Kanter, Oladipo and Sabonis for George and Melo is a crazy return on mediocre assets. Really that entire package is almost neutral value.
It's absolutely amazing that they didn't even include a first rounder for Paul George. Truly stunning. The value that the Pacers got back is mind blowing. We had to include a first rounder along with two good NBA players and two NBA prospects (including a former first round pick) just to seal a sign and trade for a player who was already coming here and the Pacers couldn't even get a first round pick for Paul George?
He is a troll. Don't bother responding to him. Won't put his money where his mouth is here in CF but blows of $ at sketchy massage places.
I still cannot believe how Pritchard refused to get Harris and a pick (with maybe some fillers) to take Oladipo and Sabonis...smfh...and it's even worse if it's actually true he did that cause he didn't want to trade George to the Cavs.
Oh, then yeah. For sure. I mean...if Paul George leaves then they're screwed, but if he stays, then it's an all-time good rebuilding job.
We didn't trade anyone as good as Oladipo and we didn't trade a big that was in the lotto a year earlier.
The problem isn't that they couldn't do it, it's that they chose to accept a worse deal just to send him east. OKC was the beneficiary of an incompetent front office and a terrible mishandling of the situation.
oladipo's being the best player okc gave up out of the two, effect on the game isn't more than what hou gave up for cp3. he's not a better scorer than lou nor is his defense as good as beverley's. the big they threw in is nothing special. not even worthy of really breaking him down
hey now, i'm one of the most productive offseason posters around My posts range anywhere between b+ and A- most of the time. [PREMIUM POST INCOMING] Clutchfans tier list 1) @justtxyank 2) @Bobbythegreat 3) @Pen15clubber 4) @napalm_black 5) @FTW Rockets FTW 7) @KlutchQT 8) @Batman Jones 9) @Snow Villiers 10) math rockin So im top tier because I barely sneak in the top ten. You are upper mid tier right above swyy dude and below basketball holic
since you mentioned the whole package, it doesn't really matter. but since you brought this up, oladipo's offense is nothing to be excited about, neither is his defense.
I honestly think it's complete horseshit that the league vetoed the Pau Gasol deal to Houston, but allowed this dumpster deal to go through. Other GMs should blackball Pritchard for pulling that crap.
