Clelvand will not trade a young stud for a 34 year old Melo with zero promises from LeBron or Melo that they will stay beyond next year. That's the most r****ded thing they could do. Kyrie has no NTC. Cavs can trade him wherever the hell they want for the best package and Kyrie cant do a damn thing about it.

LeBron must be more frustrated with their off-season than he was yesterday.

I doubt Cleveland wants Aldridge so that's good.

Cavs have been shopping both Kyrie and Love since the draft, but this obviously hurts his value. Cavs are getting flooded by crappy offers right now.

The Cavs should punish him for this by trading him somewhere like Sacramento.

Kyrie's problem is that he doesn't pass all that much. He also plays shitty defense.

Of course not but if they are making a trade for Kyrie they'd absolutely take one of those junk contracts to make it work.

    This should conclude Melo-watch.

Rather than trading Kyrie I'd trade LeBron to the Lakers. Brook Lopez, Randle, Clarkson and picks is a nice haul for a guy that's gonna leave next summer.

Chill yall. Everyone would rather the banana boat happen in Houston. Bron + Paul + Melo in Cleveland, or Bron + HARDEN + Paul + Melo in Houston? ;)

If they trade him he's going to end up in Phoenix, Miami, Denver, Milwaukee...those teams can make good to great offers to Cleveland, teams like San Antonio and the Knicks have nothing valuable to offer.

Miami? Goran Dragic and Winslow; but I don't know if either team is interested. Riley acts like Winslow brought the 11th through 15th Commandments down from Mt Sinai.

NYK? Maaaaaaaaaaaaybe. But that would be complicated.

San Antonio can offer, who?, Aldridge (the Cavs don't need), Tony Parker's expiring (no value there).

Of course this doesn't preclude a third team's involvement.

I'm not too concerned with Kyrie going to San Antonio. And yet, I'll be less concerned when it doesn't happen.

I love when Woj or someone breaks a story and suddenly there are all these insiders who've known about it and have vague details to add.

    amirite @J.R.
