    What kind of crack was being smoked here to conclude that Bobby Brown had any sort of on-court contribution? lol.

    Skills-wise, he's a very good scorer and a quality shooter. Definitely NBA caliber in those areas. He was a decent playmaker when he was younger. I don't know if he has any of that left. And defensively he's pretty much a zero. I'd say he's about 90% of Seth Curry. Not as good a shooter as Seth but very good nonetheless.

    And obviously his superstar connections have made him a few million. I'm ok with him since we got Paul. Was not ok with him occupying a roster spot last season when we needed another playmaker.

    Now that Bobby Brown is locked up I'd think that Portland has no shot at Melo.

    Just my 2 cents....Bobby is friends with a ton of players throughout the league. Even if he hasn't left a significant mark, he's considered one of the boys. Allegedly, super loyal, friendly and humble. I've never met him, but this is what has been relayed to me.

    Same can be said about Trev. (you knew that was coming.)
