    Best thing is He is 34 and can own for like a long time. Probably exactly what Leslie wants.

    He still lives in Houston. Just need to know if he has knowledge of basketball and trusts analytically driven people like Morey

    Say what you want about Les..... but the guy was passionate and demanded responsibility.

    I have been worried about this for awhile now.

    Les is 73 years old.

    I thought that we may have gotten him through this groups run......... but instead it looks like he wanted to put the team in the best position possible when he leaves. It explains the extensions to his people and players.

    I don't really see this as good or bad. The dude is 73. He's owned the team for nearly a quarter century. He probably wants to just sell it now before he croaks and enjoy the rest of his twilight years.

    Granted, he could always sell the team to a complete a-hole, but he could just as easily sell it to someone who genuinely loves the sport, has ties to the community, and isn't afraid to spend money to win.
