    Looks like Le$ is cashing in.

    This will be a major turning point in the organization. I wasn't a huge fan of Les, but he was definitely a top 10 and competent owner. Hopefully the next owner is the same or better.

    Hell yes!!!! Great news. New owner, definitely means new era, means new jerseys, potentially logo..Maybe Calvin Murphy back in the booth? Endless possibilities.

    Curious as to why they needed a press conference for this?

    Last time the Rockets were sold they immediately won back to back championships ;)

    Astros were sold and that has turned out ok!

    Not looking forward to a new owner unless he's as hungry as Balmer.

    This just goes to show this guy was all about the money. We could have a legit shot this year to win it all if we were to obtain Melo. Why get out now?

    Anything specific?

    Soemthing he's been thinking about. It can wear on you after so many decades. He's tired. Passions becoming more & more clear; his family & philanthropic efforts.

    25 years later, he's looking at changing the fabric of his life & different passions that may be more of a focus for him going forward with his time & resources.
