    nothing will happen at the bare minimum until melo talks with this new gm in person.

    I expect after being on the call 24/7 over the past week morey is relaxing and chilling waiting for new york to tell him when it's go time again.

    I think this might do it.

    Houston gets Melo, Portland gets Ryno and gets rid of their bad Leonard contract, Phoenix gets depth at the 2/3 for their point and New York gets the coveted player they wanted all along.

    Exactly what I'm thinking. Why would Pheonix give up Bledsoe for those players... they need the deal sweetened for them now.

    I can see where you're coming from, but Phoenix has been on a mediocrity or worse treadmill for a while and they don't have a premiere player. Crabbe can flat out shoot and you get a starting caliber SF out of Harkless. It also makes phoenix younger. I do think they'll want picks for giving up Bledsoe, but I think the trade makes it to where the other teams don't have to give up the same caliber pick to get it done.

    Come to think of it, the Knicks should probably be the ones owing picks. They can build around Bledsoe, Hardaway and Porzingis so they don't have to be worried about having to rebuild through the draft.

    Why would Phoenix do this ??? Take on 2 bad contacts for Bledsoe where they can just trade him straight up for something a lot better without the bad contracts of crabbe and harkless???

    I wouldn't laugh too much Rockets fans. Just a few years ago we always thought we had the best situation and always believed we had the best chance to land a superstar. We were delusional as well lol.

    Times have changed but let's not laugh at how others act when we use to do or feel the same way.

    I'd laugh at them but it wasn't long ago (pre-harden) we thought we could convince Howard/CP3/Bosh to come here instead of a contender.
