My biggest thing is expand his list to who? What team that's not a contender is going to offer assets for him and what team that is a contender wants him period? The Knicks are delusional

I don't trust him to pick Houston over Cleveland (even though I'd sure as heck choose Houston myself), but its a risk that would be a homerun if it happened, and worth the drama on our end of dealing with the back and forth. But there is a significant chance he chooses Cleveland in that case.

Just have to wait and see.

Melo and Maury vs Mills and Perry in a game of spades.

    Loser gets Ryan Anderson

You guys need to stop applying rationality to the Knicks, thinking about what they should do. They've made so many bad signings, hirings, and trades that you should just assume they'll do the opposite of what they should do. They'll drag this circus out as long as they can. That franchise has been a sideshow for almost 20 years now.

I definitely don't either. I think he'd prefer the city(obviously Cleveland is a dump) but ultimately a cakewalk to the finals would trump Houston. CP3/Bron are a wash

I would guess this works out too. The Knicks are going to get picks and cap space, or a more manageable contract. No one is giving up players of value to rent Melo for a year and have him opt out and bounce to a contender next season anyway. This happens every time a high profile player demands a trade out of a bad team. The team never ends up getting value out of the trade unless they luck out like Memphis when they traded the old Gasol for the new Gasol, and at the time even that looked like highway robbery.

The Knicks absolutely have to realize that there's no way that they come out of this smelling like roses. Morey must be bending them over the table with whatever it is that he's proposed.

All I read is he is frustrated. The rest of that crap is trying to make it sound like melo is considering staying.

It would be nice to find Moreys lost phone with all the texts from this Carmelo saga or maybe just have elite hacking skills for hire. Where are those fappening guys when you need them .

Steve Mills: Melo is gone. There's nothing we can do

Scott Perry: Hold my beer Stevie. I'll get him to stay by hitting his contract with this hammer

Isola pretty much put the last proverbial nail in the Knicks coffin.Clearly stated There is slim to none chance Melo will agree to stay
