Very nice. Hernangomez out though, he's actually a positive asset. Phoenix doesn't deserve compensation since what they get back is better than what they traded away.

No. Jackson signed at teh first moment of FA last summer Noah to the worst contract in the league.
He also gave away Tyson Chandler for nothing when he was still servicable, traded away Robin Lopez for Derrick Rose, gave away JR for nothing, started a fight with Porzingis, and most importantly meddled with coaching and wanted to impose an outdated system on the team that every player hated.

Oh yeah..he was also the one who gave Melo the NTC.

 

Yeah, I've said all along I don't get what NY is doing.

If they are taking back contracts it doesn't make sense but all indications are that they are just being stupid.

I do not know what the 4th team is or what assets NY is getting back in return, but I do know that NY is quite surprised by the healthy return they're getting back. I reported that Melo will be going to Houston over a week ago, so my sauces are quite good.

 

New York Knicks and Dolan are trying to act smart by prolonging this ****. We all know that they are a stupid organization that has no idea what they are doing. Trying to portray a deep thinking front office by extending this, LMAO

It's very possible the whole delaying and the new..."discussion" about Bledsoe is because they try to put a positive spin into what is coming.
Look we gave away a ..star but we also got one back! (even if we traded away a first).

Everybody is so quick to say how Morey has fleeced the competition the GMs are checking their work to see if they have been duped.

I bet money that Poison Pill contract Morey drafted for Lin is coming back to haunt him. I remember that year, Morey and company, had to resort to espionage to get the contract to New York officials. Heard Morey wore a mustache and everything; was hiding in elevator wells trying to make contact during Summer League games.

Tough call, that which I put in bold. You think we have some delusional homers on this board? Go peruse some Knicks' fans comments on their boards. Among the clear-eyed and thoughtful individuals are more than a few rabid, froth-at-the-mouth types who checked their IQ at the door.

I was reading Knicks' fans comments on the realgm board the other day without posting (why step into the middle of a knife fight when you're unarmed?) and barely emerged with my sanity intact. Good LAWD. Like lower-level versions of the Stephen A. Smith from the summer before Shaq got traded (I think to Phoenix); he was asked where Shaq might be dealt, and of course he answered, "Well, why not New Yawk?" And managed to sound cogent while explaining how the Knicks could offer the bloated salaries of Rotten Corpse, Over Dribbler and Has Been (really, the Knicks had nothing in the pantry that year) for Shaquille.

Anyway, back to the Rockets and the interminable wait for a trade on this, your Rockets broadcast network.....more after the break........
