    Cousins isn't worth giving up Capela and Gordon/Ariza... You are at least giving up Capela/Gordon in any deal like this to make salary's match.

    Plus Cousins isn't taking a paycut and has been linked with the Lakers. AND the Pelicans wouldn't trade him till the deadline. Too much of a risk.

    I'll pass.

    Yes he is lol. I'd give up Capela and Gordon for Cousins in a hot second.

    Cousins is a TREMENDOUS talent, if Pelicans don't make the playoffs (and I don't think they will) Cousins might bolt. If he demands a trade at the deadline Capela could be an attractive salvage piece for them, that being said I think a team like the Celtics/Lakers would throw more then we could, it would likely have to be a scenario where he demands a trade to Houston only.

    Not happening. Pelicans are giving it a shot and I'm not losing Capela, Gordon, Ariza for Cousins. Sorry, ain't happening.

    Anderson for Melo. Sure.

    But that other scenario would deplete the roster so badly.
