    Thanks. Think all of those guys fit what we are looking for, and I think RA is being a bit unfairly assessed here in NY due to biased reporting. It's not the worst contract in the world and he is 3 years younger than Melo. We get those young kids like Oliver and Taylor and are able to stash Hartenstein in Europe for a year, I think it's as good a return as we can get for Melo. Hope you get what you want, and kudos to your organization for actually having a GM and front office that has a plan and direction.

    Love the offseason I can sit around on the couch all day watch summer league and follow the FA & trade news !

    But I am ready for this to be over, and see how we fill he rest of the roster

    Finding a home for Anderson is exactly why we have the current problem.
    If not for his contract, there would be no need for more than two teams to be involved or more bad contracts. Woj also specifically said "trade is not imminent".
    Portland didn't just agree to take on Anderson. They agreed to take on Anderson PROVIDED that someone takes back their own bad contracts.
    Since that team hasn't been found yet, I don't see how his destination is 100% established.

    Yeah but i think its an emotional thing. So many of his interviews the past two days are "i think the best idea would be to just keep carmelo and let him expire"

    He doesnt like melo but i still view him as a fan reporter more than an objective reporter. Just IMO

    Please answer this:

    Carmelo is coming in, yes. But who is going OUT? I see a lot of people saying Trevor, Eric, and Capela because "so salaries can match" or "Ryan is such a bad contract that Houston needs to give out assets."

    Is that true? I don't think so, but which players are going OUT. And don't say "the NG guys." I would appreciate names and why it would work.

    Definitely, Oliver and Taylor shows a lot of promise and potential and I think they would be good hauls for you guys and hope one of them become a solid starter. Good luck in finding your next GM. The NBA needs NYK to be good at basketball again lol
