    where do people get this idea that love actually has a post game lol. with that said where was all that against GS again? which goes back to my point of being one and the same with Ryno. The difference between the two isn't enough

    cp3 and anyone that can play basketball correctly would be great together

    Morey and the Knicks have a deal but Morey isn't going to just give up until he gets the best deal.

    Agreed partially .

    It's all about opportunity cost.

    Taking on Andersons contract may prevent the Knicks from doing like a lot of rebuilding teams and taking on contracts for assets .... Yes they are kinda doing this for Anderson, but over the next few years there will likely be a contender that needs to clear space that will have better assets to chip in than the rockets ... We are pretty barren right nose

    Ryan Anderson's deal isn't "good" but it isn't an albatross either.

    The issue is that the Knicks do not want a veteran player on their team.

    Anderson is movable for smaller longer term contracts, but the Knicks have to want those players more than Carmelo Anthony.

    So a lot of this is situational.

    better rebounder ok. difference between the two still isn't enough as far as the big picture though to me

    You are right that Carmelo can get less points per shot he takes but is more willing to jack them up. In their best year you could give Melo 4 more shots and he'd get you 2 more points. And before you give the excuse of 3 pointers, he actually took basically the same amount. (6.2 v 6.6 per game)

    I don't see the Bucks getting Anderson, they already have Parker, Giannis, Maker and Teletovic playing the spot...

    They desperately need shooting though. FWIW, I think the Twolves could use him, but Thibs isn't buying this fancy new spread court gimmick and his heart also can't take a minor heart attack every night after watching Anderson's defense.

    Something like this could be possible if Phoenix is going full tank. Knicks get veteran PG in Bledsoe and a young player in Harkless. Phoenix would have to get picks or rights to compensate taking on Leonard's trash contract. Knicks end up almost $5mil below tax line after cutting NGs. Thoughts?

    Long time lurker. 1st time poster. So be gentle.

    As confident as the players are that it is done, I get the felling that the 4th team is being brought in to add another piece besides Melo. I believe some one mentioned this before.

    So, "the Melo portion is done, who else can we include before we finalize the deal" scenario.
