Who said they were? Everything points to a done deal. With free agency and guys like millsap on the market ofcourse it would make sense to sell anderson after those guys signed. Whats the rush for the knicks?
What done deal? The only thing we can assume from the rumors is that there's a possible agreement between the Knicks and the Rockets to trade Carmelo here. The reports seem to suggest finding a team to take Anderson is the main problem.
One simply doesn't trade Ryan without Eric with it. What people don't understand, they come and go in a package. Ryan helped recruit Eric to come here in first place. Morey have a hard time as of now because he knew one isn't as useless as the other.
Wait until he is an expiring contract. Maybe he plays better this season and then we can trade him . But , if he plays better do we still want to trade him ?
we're stuck with Ryno's contract until the last year whether we like it or not. I always thought he was overpaid by Morey. We have to hope EG becomes our 3rd star because no team out there wants Ryno's contract unless we also give them two 1st rounders.
