Not if you are a billionaire with a good lawyer. There is a special clause in the Constitution that covers this.

these stories keep getting flimsier now it's not just anonymous sources, but anonymous sources recounting emails no one has seen (including the authors of the article) you can tell the NYTimes knows how shaky this is, because they triple the anonymous source number to make it seem more authoritative
