    My guess on the situation is that the Rockets and the Knicks already have a framework on the deal, however the Rockets are shopping for a deal that let them pay less and since it's the summer not like there's any hurry.

    So it may be something like Anderson and 2 1sts for Melo but if we can trade Anderson to another team who may want him we may save a pick sort of a thing

    Potato is reliable as a source from a player. All of the mainstream guys like Woj, Ramona, etc. have now echoed what he said almost word for word about Courtney Lee being told the Knicks wanted to keep him and play him with the $71 million man.
