    Are you trying to suggest that melo is the better player for the system when that was already proven he wasn't?

    Yes he might be better along side harden and cp3 but he's not the better system player compared to Gordon

    Gordon can't average 25+ in any role or in any system, that's some major hyperbole

    I agree that we should not lose Ego for Melo, and I don't think that Daryl is even thinking about doing that...Ryno is the one who has to go

    All these piggy back sources.... the fact of the matter is this.... Melo will be a Rocket. That is undisputed. The only question is WHEN. No one seems to have the answer on that.

    The fact that he IS COMING, is old and moot. Move on.

    Anderson fulfills the role of true stretch 4 which is what really gets our offense going. Not sure what Melo's plans are for the future but RA is locked up for 2.5 more years.

    Plus we'll get a 1st back so that will offset the 1st we traded to get Melo in the initial trade.

    I'm just suggesting, Ego would not have averaged 25+. Not a chance in hell.

    Melo in the previous Dantoni system, is not a good barometer for how he would look with a team including Harden and Paul. The same goes for Ego and his success last year. This team is going to look so much different. We shouldn't judge system fits based on last year.

    Lol yes we should. 100% of the reason why everyone wants to get rid of Ryno and not Gordon. Melo has the name and only reason you question the fit.

    makes sense. Harden is prob trying to recruit Jennings (and other players) to play on min contracts and being like, yo, we're getting Melo too, we're going to be stacked, you should definitely come here because we're going to make noise next year.
